The Spaguts replacement 4.0Kw double-barrel Low-Flo heater Assembly is rated for 220V and comes with an auto Hi-Limit reset and sensors. Its OEM part number is 26-c3160-2s. This heater can output 4.0Kw on 220V or 1.0Kw on 110V, and features 3/4 inch barbed HOSE connections for the input and output, as well as a 1/4 inch tubing connection and a 1/4 inch tubing extension kit. It is equipped with two sensors (25-200-3952) and has Hi-Limit protection with auto reset.

The 46-inch heavy duty 10AWG 3-wire cord comes with 1/4 inch female terminals, and the unit also has a ground Lug. It is UL and cUL certified, and its dimensions are approximately 19.8 inches long, 3.0 inches wide, and 4.72 inches tall.

If the new sensor plugs do not fit, there are a few options available. Users can opt to use the original sensors with the correct plugs, purchase the 23-150-1395 adapter cables with the right plugs for $29.95, or acquire the new 25-200-3841 sensors with the proper plugs.

It's important to note that this heater does not have a built-in pressure switch or the extra set of small cable for the pressure switch connection on the circuit board. For those who need to use this heater as a replacement for an original heater that had a pressure switch, there are two options: purchase a new 45-150-0221 flow switch to install on the heater output hose and hard wire the cable to the original cable, or bypass or jump the pressure switch circuit using the original pressure switch cable (with the caveat that the water flow sensor will be bypassed for this option).

This heater is a replacement option for several other models, including the Watkins 4.0Kw no-fault low flow dual metal tube heater Assembly, and many 1995 to current hot spring and tiger River spas heaters 76228, c3160-2, 73039, and 73791 made by Watkins.
