Leisure Bay Spa Heater Exchanger Replacement, 4kw, 220V

The replacement Flo-Thru heater assembly and box features an internal 4.0KW heater element for the Leisure Bay spas heater exchanger, with OEM part numbers E2400-1001 and 26-1001-5S-K. The original heater style has a dry heater element that is not replaceable, but the new replacement heater assembly has the heater element installed inside the heater housing, allowing the heater element to be replaceable.

The stainless steel Flo-Thru heater housing comes with a wet heater element, aluminum mounting brackets, two heavy gauge heater cables, and a replaceable 4.0KW 220V Incoloy heater element (universal). The product is UL and cUL certified and replaces the F2400-1001 Leisure Bay SPA heater models with dry elements, as well as the Balboa P/N 58042.

The dimensions of the replacement heater assembly are approximately 17.5 inches long, 6 inches in height, and 3 inches in diameter. It includes a pair of heater nuts, retainers, 3.0" x 2.0" tailpieces, and 3.0" O-ring gaskets. However, the pressure switch (3903 or 4010P model) is not included and can be purchased separately.

This replacement Flo-Thru heater assembly and box comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
